B) SYMBALOO: A before & after of my personal PLE

A (PLE) could be defined as an online system to help students manage their own learning process. I can see a direct connection with the digital competence, lifelong learning and learning by doing. 

Here's my initial screenshot of my Symbaloo mosaic:

We can find three different kind of elements:

• -          Tools: In my case, now there are many more teaching tools than at the beginning of the course, where there were mainly cloud services.
• -          Resources and sources of information: This is probably the area that has changed the least, as it is related to researching and reading.
• -          Personal network: Again, this area hasn’t changed much as it’s related to social media and personal related websites.

I have tried to keep them tidy for easy access:

• Top left: Cloud services, personal/work/uni email.
• Bottom left: News, some websites I check pretty much every day.
• Top right: Entertainment, social media.
• Bottom right: Resources related to this course, which show in yellow.

I must admit I haven't made the most of this tool. I can see how useful it could be but, since I already have my own strategies to keep track of my go-to resources, I haven't had a real need to explore it further.
